Product Analytics and Session Replay
We use PostHog to understand navigation, generation requests and checkout steps. It receives an internal account identifier and order references so we can connect events without sending your name or email as analytics properties. Our PostHog setup masks input values and rendered personal text, blocks photos and videos, and excludes account and administration pages. It does not record the Stripe-hosted payment page or card details.
